A: PhoneGreetings are a great new way to surprise a loved one, family, friend or colleague. With a PhoneGreeting you can surprise them with a song or audio clip combined with a personal message which you have recorded. We will then deliver your PhoneGreeting to their mobile or fixed line telephone at your chosen date and time.
You can choose an audio clip by your favourite artist from our media library. Our media library is currently equipped with audio clips for the following occasions. Birthday, New Birth, Feelings, Friendship, Invitations, Love and Romance, Moving House, Success, Wedding

Q: How does it work?
A: You can make and send a PhoneGreeting in only a few steps.
Go to www.phonegreetings.com.au
Choose an occasion. For example: Birthday, Love and Romance, Valentine, etc.
Select an audio clip from our media library. Our media library currently offers you a great variety of songs.
- Fill in the required data:
- The recipient's telephone number,
- Your telephone number (for confirmation)
- Your e-mail address
- Date of delivery
- Time of delivery
- indicate if you want the PhoneGreeting to be delivered at the recievers voicemail if they are not there.
- When we have the required data, you will receive a personal code.
Subsequently call 1900993274 and give your personal code. Now record your personal message. The system will combine the audio clip you selected with your personal message. Your message is now ready for delivery.
Before sending your Phonegreetings we will ask you to confirm your PhoneGreeting. When confirmed, your PhoneGreeting will be delivered to the recipient at the specified date and time. When requested, we will send you confirmation of delivery by an SMS
Q: Can I send a message to every telephone?
A: Yes, but make sure you enter an AUS telephone number. At present, PhoneGreetings does not deliver messages to international telephone numbers. However the number you choose can be fixed telephone number, or a mobile telephone number.
Check and make sure the receivers' telephone number is an existing number.
(A message received by the wrong person could cause embarrassment!.)
Based upon experience we recommend, that if possible, choose a mobile telephone number of the recipient, as in 99,9% of cases, the number is answered by the person for whom the message is intended.
Q: How is the message delivered?
A: At the given date and time, our computer system calls the recipient. When answered, the PhoneGreeting will be delivered as intended, playing the audio clip and the personal message. The receiver can listen to the PhoneGreeting again by dialling 1900954733
Q: What are the costs?
A: A PhoneGreeting costs $4.95 per message from any landline. Rates may be higher from a mobile. The receiver does not pay anything. If you want to make sure your message is delivered correctly, you can choose to receive a notification by SMS. This SMS costs 55 cents
Q: What is so special about PhoneGreetings?
A: A PhoneGreeting is a very Innovative and personal message.
Nowadays almost everyone owns a mobile phone and carries it with him/her.
Sending a conventional card or an e-card does not ensure you the recipient will actually read it.
For example: A person may not check his e-mail on his/her birthday. However he or she will always answer their phone. When the number is busy the PhoneGreeting will be delivered to the recipients voicemail.
With a PhoneGreeting success is guaranteed. A mobile phone is usually always within reach of the owner. This also extends the possibilities for date and time of delivery.
You can also ask for a confirmation of delivery, by sending to you an SMS text message.

Q: How do I know whether my PhoneGreeting has been delivered?
A: PhoneGreetings will always deliver your message, but in some cases it is possible that the recipient is is not available, or has switched of his/her telephone. In this case we will try up to 5 times until the message is delivered. PhoneGreetings offers you the possibility to receive a delivery-notification by SMS. This SMS ensures you that your message has been delivered. Furthermore we will also warn you when a telephone number proves to be non-existent.
Using the SMS notification is very simple. You can easily turn on the SMS-notification when you make a PhoneGreeting. Just click on "yes" and leave your telephone number. We will send you the notification as soon as your PhoneGreeting has been delivered.
Q: Can I listen to a received PhoneGreeting again?
A: Yes. At the end of the PhoneGreeting we will give you a code. With this code you can listen your PhoneGreeting as many times as you like. Just call 1900954733 and listen to the instructions. Tell us your personal code and you can listen to your PhoneGreeting again. The costs of this call is $1.00 from any landline. Rates may be higher from a mobile.
Q: Can I cancel or delete a PhoneGreeting before delivery?
A: Yes, it is possible to cancel a PhoneGreeting. To delete your PhoneGreeting you can call 1900954733 The costs of this call are $1.00 from any landline. Rates may be higher from a mobile. You will be asked for your telephone number and the personal code which we will have sent to you by e-mail when you ordered the PhoneGreeting. If your message has not been delivered yet you can cancel the PhoneGreeting. Just follow the instructions and the PhoneGreeting will be deleted.
Q: Can I send the same PhoneGreeting to more than one person?
A: Yes, it is possible to send a PhoneGreeting to more than one person provided that you are sending it to their mobile phone number. To do this go to www.phonegreetings.co.uk and after choosing an occasion and a song, you need to add the intended recipient's mobile phone numbers to create a distribution list for Your PhoneGreeting. The cost of Your PhoneGreeting will then be displayed on screen and to proceed you need to make payment via a Click and Buy Account. Once payment is authorised you can record your message in the usual way by calling 1900993274 calls cost $4.95 from any landline rates may higher from a mobile. You will receive an e-mail letting you know who has received Your PhoneGreeting.

Q: What are PhoneGreetings Scratchcard or PhoneGreetings Voucher?
A: You may have purchased a Scratchcard in a retail outlet or received a Voucher as part of a sales and marketing promotion. The Scratchcard or Voucher have 5 songs pre-selected and appropriate to a particular occasion. To activate the Scratchcard or Voucher you need to ring the telephone number on the card and provide the 3 digit occasion code. You will then be asked to provide a six digit song code which can be found in the case of the Voucher alongside the song of your choice or in the case of the scratchcard by scratching off the foil layer next to the song of your choice. You then complete the PhoneGreeting in the normal way by providing the recipients phone number and chosing a time and date for delivery.
Q: Why do I need to provide my e-mail address and phone number when creating a PhoneGreeting on the website?
A: It may be the case that you want to cancel a PhoneGreeting that you have scheduled for delivery due to a change in circumstances. In order to identify your PhoneGreeting after you have made it we will send you an e-mail with a code. When you ring to delete your PhoneGreeting we need your phone number and this code to correctly identify the message to be deleted.
